• Rental includes all utility bills, local and
international telephone calls (not to mobiles), clean bed linen, and
towels, and sales and tourist tax. No extra will be
charged for any of these.
• Prices are per week for the villa, not per person.
Daily rates are available for holidays not of 7 or 14 nights.
• The villa will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay. There is no charge for this. If your stay is for
less than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee of
£50/ $90 will charged.
A high chair and a travel cot are available at the villa for
no extra cost. Extra cleans and other services, such as
additional cots, extra high chairs and barbeques are available from our management company at a small extra cost.
• A non-refundable deposit of £100/$180 per week is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Payments can be made in sterling or dollars.
• A refundable security deposit of $250 will be taken by our management company, when you arrive at their office, prior to release of the keys. This will be returned in full after completion of your stay following a satisfactory inspection by our management company ensuring no losses or damages.
• Pool and spa heating is available if required at a charge of
£85/$140 per week. This is recommended from October through to April, as it will make your stay all the more enjoyable.
• The prices are levied in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you read and agree to our Terms & Conditions before signing your booking form.
We accept payment by cheque, bankers draft, wire, and now
by credit card and debit card using PayPal. We can accept payment
in US$, UK£ and many other currencies when credit cards are
used.
