Florida Villa by Disney Cumbrian Lakes Kissimmee Orlando

Our villa comfortably holds up to 10 people in the 5 bedrooms. A fold down bed in the living room can sleep a further 2 people. Bedding is also provided for this.

A cot is also provided for no extra cost. Our management company can also provide additional cots for a small local charge. So a party of 12 plus infants in cots can be accommodated.

Can we use the telephone in the villa?

Yes you can. The great news is you can make local AND international calls from the villa for FREE (land lines only - mobiles and dial up internet not included). That means you can tell everyone back in the UK what a great time you're having as often as you want! Not to mention phoning out for pizza.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa, which is fitted with a very sensitive network of smoke alarms. No pets are allowed.

How do we get to the villa?

Directions to our management company will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

On arrival, you will drive to our management company. They will issue you with keys and directions for the short journey from their office to our villa.

Will we have to bring our own bed linen and towels, etc.?

Bed linen and towels are provided. You may wish to bring your own pool towels.

Is the villa suitable for small children?

A cot and a high chair are provided in the villa for no extra cost. Further cots and highchairs can be hired from our management company for a small local charge.

The pool can be easily screened off from the patio area to prevent unsupervised access to the pool and Jacuzzi.

Some plastic plates and dishes are also provided for feeding young children.

What entertainment is provided in the villa?

Multi channel cable TV is provided free of charge along with a DVD player and a small selection of DVDs.

The loft is a play area offering a TV and Playstation 2 with a small selection of PS2 games, along with a selection of board games.

Is the pool heated?

The pool and spa can be heated for additional cost as indicated on the prices page. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April.

Are there shops near by?

There is a 24 hour Walmart supermarket only minutes away, and a petrol station at the junction with Highway 192. A wide variety of shops, attractions, bars and restaurants line each side of Highway 192. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away and houses many designer label stores. Florida's other famous malls are only a short trip away, see our shopping page for details.

Are there any restaurants nearby?

You can say that again! There is a wealth of restaurants on Highway 192 which is only 5 minutes away including: Pacino's, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Perkins, Chillis, Outback Steakhouse, TGI Friday's, Dennys and so, so many more, along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver.

Also, don't forget to ask us about the really amazing places to eat for those special occasions.

Are there any medical services nearby?

There is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre 10 minutes away which is beside a 24 hr drug store . Florida Hospital is just as close at Celebration.
