Cumbrian Lakes

Cumbrian lakes is a beautiful new community, built around ancient oak conservation areas, bordering several azure lakes to give you a real feel for the natural splendour and lushness of Florida.

The local wildlife certainly agrees, as its not unusual to see sights such as osprey, crane, blue heron and you may even glimpse an American bald eagle.

Cumbrian Lakes is set in a peaceful enclave just off Poinciana Boulevard, a mere 4 miles south of Highway 192 with its endless choice of attractions, restaurants, bars and shops only 5 minutes away.

A paved nature trail surrounds the main lake, so you can enjoy walking, cycling or jogging.

Only gentle fountains disturb the peaceful lakes providing a sense of calm amidst the action and adventure of Orlando's theme parks.

As you explore, you'll find plenty of open spaces and even a play area, for the younger ones.

Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community providing safety and security. Our villa occupies a large corner plot overlooking one of the lakes, from the pool deck and the large master bedroom balcony.

You're only a brief taxi ride away from Highway 192 where you can choose from a huge selection of restaurants.

We recommend Olive Garden, Pacino's and Red Lobster, but explore them all for yourselves, including Chillis, T.G.I. Friday's, Denny's and Perkins. Cracker Barrel does a great breakfast.

Sometime in between the relaxing and the feasting, you might want to find time for those theme parks. Cumbrian Lakes is only 10 minutes from the main entrance to Walt Disney World. Seaworld, Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure are only a few minutes further out.

You're only 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, with popular attractions like Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach only 60 minutes away on the Atlantic coast, whilst Busch Gardens and beautiful Clearwater Beach are only 90 minutes away on the Gulf Coast.
